Work of Construction of 33kV Bijendra Steel Casting Bay On Deposits work at 132 KV S/S Textile center Pilakhua including supply of materials alongwith associated works at 132 KV S/S Textile center Pilakhua,ETD-Hapur with all cost of Men,Materials,Misc. Consumables,T&P etc. which is required for satisfactory completion of above work as per technical Specifications and Directions of Supervising Engineer as per site requirement whose details is as below:- Supply of Materials (A) 50X6mm MS Flat

(B) 75X10mm MS Flat

(C) Copper Bond

Supply of PG Clamp (4 Bolted Type) duly made up with LM-6 Alumunium Alloy suitable for ACSR Moose to Panther Conductor complete with appropriate size and number of GI Bolts,Nuts,Spring & Plain Washers as per technical specification & Sample.

Supply of PG Clamp (3 Bolted Type) duly made up with LM-6 Alumunium Alloy suitable for ACSR Panther to Panther Conductor complete with appropriate size and number of GI Bolts,Nuts,Spring & Plain Washers as per technical specification & Sample.

Supply of 33kV Isolator Bi-Metallic terminal Connectors duly made of LM-6 Alumunium alloy alongwith Bi-Metallic Sleeve plate suitable for twin ACSR panther conductor with appropriate size and number of GI bolts,Nuts,Springs & Plain Washers as per Technical specification and sample.

Retro Reflective Bay Sign Board.

150 Watt LED light with complete fittings of Make- Philips/CGL/Havells make with 2 years standard Warantty Card.

Carriage of Materials. Sorting,Counting,Stacking mark wise and head loading of structure (Approx 3.6MT) on truck at electricity fabrication unit Naini Prayagraj.

Safe Carriage of following loaded structure from electricity fabrication unit Naini Prayagraj to 132kV Textile Center Pilkhuwa under ETD-HAPUR(Approx Distance 685 km,approx weight 3.6MT) 1.ABL=3 Nos, 2.ALP=6 Nos, 3.EKR=1 Nos, 4.BBR=1 Nos, 5.YMR=1 Nos, 6.APR=1 Nos. & NUTS & BOLTS

Unloading and Safe storage of above transported strutcure into store of 132kV Textile center Pilkhuwa.

Erection of following super structures (main & auxiliary) :- Complete Erection of main and auxiliary structures required for installation of isolators (3 Nos.),CTs(3Nos.),PTs(3Nos.) & Substation Gantry. The job consist of shifting of all materials i.e. structure part,nut & Bolts etc required for erection from substation store to Site for completion of above erection job satisfactorily as per JE/SDO 1.ABL=3 Nos, 2.ALP=6 Nos, 3.EKR=1 Nos, 4.BBR=1 Nos, 5.YMR=1 Nos, 6.APR=1 Nos.

Erection of following equipments on their structures for construction of new 33kV Bijendra Steel Casting Bay as per their installation manual or JE/SDO supervision. Work also include shifting of equipments from store to the site of installation and all other associated works for completion of Erection work satisfactorily:- (A)33kV V.C.B. with structure

Erection of C&RP panel including shifting etc :- Erection of new triple feeder control and relay panel in Switchyard KIOSK or at site location as per direction of JE/SDO. Work includes Grouting,earthing & termination of control panels as per cable schedule including providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate sizes and ferrules etc, with all other associated works as per technical specifications or as per direction of JE/SDO

Erection of new Metering cubicle for ABT energy meters in Switchyard KIOSK or at site location as per direction of JE/SDO. Work includes Grouting,earthing. Work includes providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate sizes and ferrules as per cable schedule etc, with all other associated works as per technical specifications or as per direction of JE/SDO

Jumpering and interconnection between bay equipment and with various bus section :- Jumpering of various bay equipment with Twin ACSR Panther Conductor for providing interconnection between bay equipments and connection with main and transfer bus at SS.Work will require satisfactorily completion as per directions of JE/SDO.

Cutting,Strengthening,Laying of 50mm x 6mm & 75mm x 10 mm MS flats for earthing new erected Aux. Structures,Equipments, C&R Panel. Work includes welding with main earthmat and with the object to be earthed,excavation of trenches to accommodate flats,its back filling and completion of Earthing job satisafactorily as per departmental standards. (A) Earthing of Aux. Structure and equipments with 50 mm x 6 mm MS flat.

(B) Earthing CTs & Main Structure with 75 mm x 10 mm MS flat.

Painting of MS flats used for Earthing :- (A) 50 mm x 6 mm MS flat (in Green Colour)

(B) 75 mm x 10 mm MS flat (in Green Colour)

Laying of various size control cables in the cable trenches from and to C&R panel to various bay equipments and auxiliaries. Work includes carriage of Cable drums from store to work site and Shifting back excess cable material to the store. Work includes satisfactorly completion as per JE/SDO Guidance :- (A) Laying and termination of 2CX2.5 sq mm Control Cable

(B) Laying and termination of 4CX2.5 sq mm Control Cable

(C) Laying and termination of 6CX2.5 sq mm Control Cable

Pilferproofing Work for metering:- Work Includes providing & Laying pilfer proof of following size B-Class Jindal/JTC/TATA or other standards make ISI approved G.I. pipes complete with assembly such as bend,tee,socket,clamps etc. including cost of threading,welding,earth work, cutting bricks,filling the trenches/brick etc. required for completion of works as per site requirement with all material,labour,T&P & complete preparation. Laying Control cables in the G.I. Pipe (from 33kV CT & PT to 33kV C&R panel) completely covered up to the termination point at both ends as per requirement, termination of above cable at both end including cost of gland,ferrules etc. (Only Control cable to be provided by department). Earthing of laid GI pipe by welding with cables racks by spot welding at two points and painting of welded points to be done at spot with Zinc paint.

SCADA Integration of new 33kV Bijendra Steel Casting Bay :- Integration of Control & Relay panel of 33kV Bijendra Steel Casting Bay to the existing SCADA system of SIEMENS make at 132kV SS Pilkhuwa and as per site condition (including cost of Hardware and Software).Work includes satisfactorly update of new bay on SCADA system with real time acquisition of Digital and analog variables and bay control from BCU and as per current industrial standards.
