M&L First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, joint free (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ Sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic (digital glossy finish) coloured tiles 350mm x 450mm x 8mm thick, joint free on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick cement mortar as in backing coat of tile in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dark shade double charged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.36 Sqm but n. exc. 0.42 Sqm laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ Sqm laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) upto 20mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) fine grained 'Z' black/ red in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid andjointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all specified and directed

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed over and including 10mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters without taking of shutter from the frame of any description not exceeding 1.50Sqm each, and making good the disturbed portion in cement mortar (1:4) and finished with similar specification as exists, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WC’s, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound coating comprising the following operations complete all as specified and directed:- (a) 15mm thick plaster (1:4) in cement sand mortar mixed with and including integral water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement on floor and wall and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/ Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/ Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/ Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates mixed with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as in padding concrete to sunken floor, covering to junction of floor and vertical walls including chamfering on edges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm bore medium grade galvanized steel water tubes as in spout for sunken floor, fixed in wall, inside end fixed with wire netting and external bevelled edge at 45⁰ complete all as specified and directed.
