Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows. clerestory windows and other frames, wrought frarmed and fired in position with hod tast ugs or wtn dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs ot dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) of Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hilock wood. in trrusses

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS 2202 (Part 1) non-decorative type. core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and weil matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 30 mm thick including 1SI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary Screws/repair of doors with necesary connected items including refxing etc complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts. ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS-1868 transparent or dyed to required colour or shade. with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16 mm 1868)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked. anodised(anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS- 1868 transparent or dyed to required colour or shade. with necessary screws etc. complete 200x10 mm

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand an manutacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or morecoats on new work wooden and steel surfaces

Providing and fixing aluminium twin rubber door stopper to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors and windows with kiln seasoned and chemically treated teak wood.

Renewing of glass panes with putty and nails in steel windows and ventilator wherever necessary including racking out the old putty with float glass panes of 4mm thick.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.
