M & L for cleaning of existing concrete, mortar surfaces, free from loose adhering particles and applying two coats of water based protective epoxy coating Sika guard 67 of consumption 0.20 - 0.25 kg/Sqm per coat approx, over a coat of primer of Sikaguard 67 diluted with water (20 % by weight) of consumption 0.15 - 0.20 kg/Sqm for holding drinking water, all as per manufacturer instructions complete as specified and directed by Engr - in-Charge.
