Disconnecting water connections to the condenser of package/central A/C plant of following capacity by dismantling the both end cover of condenser. Descaling the condenser of compressors with dilute sulphuric acid and flushing/cleaning with brush,rod and water and re-fixing the side cover with new gasket nut / bolts and detect leakage all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Dilute sulphuric acid for descaling is deemed to be included in the quoted rates and also cleaning of the plant room.

Material and Labour for Servicing/Cleaning of FRP cooling towers of following capacity by dismantling top cover, fan with fan motor and removing the honey comb frills. Cleaning of base tray & frills, pot strainer etc. servicing of fan motor with changing of bearings and greesing refixing the fan, frill & top cover testing commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Spares as required during the servicing and repairs as declared unservicable by Engr in charge shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schdule.

c) 117 TR to 130 TR

Dismantling and removing old U/S compressor sealed unit of Scroll Type Compressor carefully and supply, installation, testing new sealed compresor unit of capacity 13 TR Model No SZ185S4RC of Make Blue Star/ Danfoss or equivalent complete with all standard accessories as per existing model installed at AC plant. Note:- (i) Sealed unit shall be purchased from authorised dealers/agents (ii) Cost of labour, fixing & T & P shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall include for the necessary elelctrical check i.e checking of panel wiring to run the compressor smoothly. (iv) Before opening/ dismantling the compressor the freon gas to be taken in empty cylinder by the help Ice or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of corroded unserviceable MS pipes heavy duty class complete with and including all fittings and provide with new MS pipe line hevy duty grade ISI mark with regarding all fitting at the time of fixing such as GI pipe like Tees, bend short pieces, long screw, union, flanges, sockets , nut, bolt & washer etc including fitting with the help of nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending of cold or hot, drilling including making holes of for bolts in any shape for following bores pipes incl painting of pipes complete all as specified & directed.
