EARTH WORK:- Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un-useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site( to be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if loved any of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required ). All useful material such as stones minimum quantity 113.24 Cum will be recovered @ Rs. 300.00 only per Cum on prorata basis from the contractor bill, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation used / removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work, both in soft and hard rock, with chiselling and weding out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, de-watering where required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in charge at site according to the HPPWD specifications of 1990 volume-I and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and levelling of surplus excavated earth on approved dumping sites (to be arranged by the contractor including payment of prescribed dumping charges of Municipal Committee /local body if levied any) through all mode of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means alonwith its levelling, fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanised means and labour (if any required).All usefull materials such as stones, shingles, aggregates and slates shall be sorted alog road side to the maximum possiable extent ia all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ant lose to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto all depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materials including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

FORM WORK:- Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30mm X 30mm X 5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden / steel battens and ballies for all depth/ height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling up to all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:-

Providing and laying water proofing treatment with Dr. Fixit- FASTFLEX or equivalent with two components polymer modified cementitious coating consisting of cementitious powder and a polymer liquid in two coats for first coat:- clean and saturate surface and then applying a coat of Dr. Fixit - FASTFLEX by maintaning a coverage of 6-7 sft per kg to achive one mm thickness and the same process shalltended upto 300 mm vertically. The second coat shall be applied in opposit direction after four six-hours of application of first coat then sprinkle sand on top surface of applied Dr. Fixit-FASTFLEX while still tacky over the second coat. Then apply cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) admioxed with 200ml of pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50kg bag of cement over the floor with the suitable grediant towards drain pipe, while the second coat of Dr. Fixit is still tacky complete upto all floor levels including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on ceiling or sloping surfaces on all floo to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth Priming coat with distemper primer up to all heights in all floor levels complete with scaffolding works in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apex ultima) or its equavalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth up to all heights in all floor levels complete with scaffolding works in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying one coat of Acrylic primer (Spectrum or equivalent of Superior quality) on new concrete/ masonry/ plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters, sand papering the surface smooth up to all heights in all floor levels complete with scaffolding works in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying two or more coats of white wall care putty or equivalent over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface up to all heights in all floor levels complete with scaffolding works in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying one or more coat of paint based putty made of whiting and POP etc. mixed in required quantity of white enamel paint for application on wood based products after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

MISCELLANEOUS WORK:- Providing Plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 ( 1 cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Inside size 800mm X 800mm and 500mm deep including precast cement concrete cover with frame (heavy duty) 455mm X 610mm internal diamensions :-with 230mm thick walls of brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand).

Cutting holes through existing brick work including making good the same in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) per CMs. Depth of cutting :-Holes upto and including 400Sq.cm in area including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting holes upto 15cm x 15cm in R.C.C beams / floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the holes after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
