Construction of Gravel Packed Tube Well with Installation of Hand Pump including Construction of Platform sock pit and Drain etc work Group No 05

Transportation of drilling machine with all necessary equipments & materials to work site.

Providing all tools and equipments and labour and drilling in all kinds of soil (soft/hard) sand and sand stone by reverse circulation method or by jet process, 300/250 mm dia bore hole for insertion of 125mm dia UPVC casing pipe/slotted pipe drilling in all rural area for installation of India Mark-II Hand-Pump.

(i) Up to 30.00 mrs. Depth below G.L.

(ii) Beyond 30 mtrs. Upto 30.00 mtrs.

Providing all equipments and labour for lowering 125mm dia UPVC casing/slotted UPVC / UPVC ribbed screen pipe & inserting vertically conforming to the available strata (slotted pipe/Screen pipe are to be lowered in water bearing aquifer and as per direction of E/I at site and else where casing pipe will be lowered.

Supplying fitting & fixing the following G.I. fitting of approved make and specification at work site complete job.

(a) 125mm. Centering Guide(3 Nos. in Each T/Wells.)

(b) 125mm.Bail Plug/Bottom Plug

(c) M.S. Clamp for 125mm. dia Pipe

Supplying 3mm. to 6mm. well washed assorted pea gravel and doing packing around the annular space between bore hole and 125 mm pipe uniformly upto the depth of 10.00 mtrs. Below G.L. etc. all works complete as per direction of E/I.

Supplying all materials, labours and equipment to seal the tube well up to the depth of 10 mtrs. Below by strictly clay to prevent continuation from surface flow all complete job as per direction of E/I.

Supplying all materials, labours and equipments including 125mm dia G.I. cap/C.I. cap and fitting and fixing the G.I. cap/C.I. cap over the casing properly and taking out as per direction of E/I.

Providing all labours for fitting and fixing of India Mark II Hand Pump including supplying all tools sna plants required for the all job complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying all tools, equipment and labours and lowering 32mm dia G.I. suspension pipe in 3mtrs. Length in the drilling bore of T/w etc. all complete job as direction of E/I.

Providing labours for fitting and fixing deep well cylinder jointing materials, chrome leather bucket all tools and plan etc. required for the job for low water level all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying all materials, labours and equipment for constructing PCC (1:2:4) circular platform around each drilled T/well including 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with neat 1.5mm cement punning over exposed surface as per UNICEF design etc. all complete job.

Supplying all materials, labours and equipment for contruction PCC (1:2:4) drain as per UNICEF design etc. all complete job.

Supplying all tools,equipments and labour for flushing washing and developing of tubewell to give clean and clear water all complete job as per direction of E/I.

Add Extra item for Supplying tools,labours and materials for painting, numbering and year for construction of t/well and taking of colour photograph with tow or three nearest person including platform ,drain, soakpit and also longitude and latitude details of tubewell such as total depth , casing depth,static water level ,drawdown ,discharge strata chart benificiary population etc. In separate sheet/format all complete as per direction of E/I.

Cost of One No. of ISI marked Deep Well Hand Pump India Mark II conforming to IS: 1500(part-2)/2004 with latest amendmend complete with all accessories including 8 Nos. of connecting rod including all taxes,royalty and contractor profile etc. .

Cost of 32 mm dia. G.I. Medium quality pipe 3 Mtrs. long screwed at both ends with seamless socket as per IS: 1239(Part-1)/2004 with latest amendment including all taxes,royalty and contractor profile etc. .

Cost of (125 mm nominal dia. 140mm O.D.) Blue UPVC casing pipe as per IS 12818-2016(CML No.5543459) specification.

Cost of (125 mm nominal dia. 140mm O.D.) UPVC ribbed screened /slotted pipe as per IS 12818-2016(CML No.5543459) specification with latest amendment.

Constructoin of Soak Pit for recharging of water Earth work in excavation in foundation in trenches in hard soil (Class B) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance of 50mtr. Including all lift, leveling. Ramming the foundation trenches. Removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per specification of E/I

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches and in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceed 150mm thick with all lead and lift including cost of materials labours royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction.

Providing designation 75A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing P.C.C.M-150 in nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M 2.5 to 3 including screening, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position,vibrating,curing,taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification direction of E/I.

Providing 250 mm thick brick jali work in C.M (1:8) in foundation with designation 75 A brick and approved quality of clean coarse sand finihed with deep ruled pointing in C.M (1:3) etc all complete job.

Providing designation 75A brick work in C.M (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality sand of F.M 2.5 including cost of screening racking out joints to 15mm depth curing royalty and taxes etc all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I

Providing following materials as filter media in the pit of approved quality & size in layers as per drawing and direction of engineer in charge all complete job with all taxes and royalty

(a) Aggregates (63mm to 45mm) (M-008) S.N-08

(b) Aggregates (53mm to 22.4mm) (M-007) S.N-07

(c) Aggregates (10mm to 5 mm) (M-010) S.N-10

Providing precast R.C.C M- 200 with Nominal mix (1:1.5:3) slab of desired size with approved quality of stone chips & clean coarse sand with all complete job.

Providing for Tor Rein forcement as per approved design & drawing excluding carriage to work site including cutting bending binding etc all complete job.

8 mm dia Qty. 0.177M3 @ 70Kg/M3 = 12.39 Kg,Say=13 kg.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 including screening curing with all leads & lift of water scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing, fitting and fixing suitable M.S grating wt. not less than 1.25 kg at inlet of soak pit & cleaning of site for execution of work as per direction of E/I.
