M&L for Renewing of wall, floor, tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White Cement, laid over and including Screed Bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L preparing New or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS) Supply, installation, testing of CPRI tested maintenance free earthing system a set of Copper Bonded Earth Rod of 3 meter length, 17.2 mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) with exothermically jointed copper bus bar of 200x50x6mm for long lasting and connection. Each copper bonded rod & exothermically jointed bus bar should be CPRI tested on 25 KA fault current complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Boring in earth and Earth Enhancing Compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for boring in loose/soft soil 200mm dia, by means of hand/ machine drill, upto 3 Meter depth from ground level and pouring of sufficient water for at least 3 times per day (within working hours) for two days and making hole ready for pouring of Earth Enhancement Compound complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Earth Enhancing Compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for supply and pouring of RoHS tested Earth Enhancement Compound after mixing with water tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity < 0.12 ohm-m. It shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. It shall be a permanent, non-corrosive material and will not leach any chemicals into the ground. It shall retain moisture even in high soil resistivity areas.Eco friendly Earth enhancing compound with resistivity of 0.2 Ohm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Measurement of Chemical will be done in Powder form. Contractor shall procure the item in sealed packets directly from manufacturer. This item shall be executed for Item No. 09 here-in-before)

S&F copper strip 32 mm X 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including provn of porcelain insulator @ 1.0 m spacing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of Screws, Saddles, insulatior, Nuts and Bolts, etc. will deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

S&F GI pipe, 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of Copper strip under plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and black plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
