Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.Using materials of approved manufacturers confirming to IS:2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Notes for Item no 14 & 15 : 1. Providing and Laying non toxic, solvent free ,epoxy resin for waterproofing potable/general water retaing structures/sunken portion of tolets and surfaces etc. in two coats ( overcoating time 24hrs ) to achive minimum total protective thickness of 200microns ( theoretical consumption 0.1ltr per Sqm per coat) including preparation of surface to receive the treatment, spreading quartz sand after first coat and curing to obtain full watertightness of the surfaces. Providing and applying High polymer modified,grey cement-based tile adhesive suitable for fixing tile/stone in interior walls/floor and exterior floor situations upto 6mm bed thickness (can be extended up to 12 mm in area of limited extent). The set adhesive is water-resistant and is suitable for use in showers and totally immersed situations such as swimming pools. It conforms to IS 15477: 2019 Type 2T and EN 12004: 2017 (C2T/C1T) standards completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick Marine Plywood (conforming to IS:710) over the existing framework, securely fixed with approved screws, hardware, and adhesive at maximum spacing of 600 mm both vertically and horizontally, ensuring a firm and even surface. The work shall be finished with neatly aligned visible grooves at joints, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications, and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Measurement shall be taken in square meters of the front elevation only, with no allowance for wastage.

Supply& installation of hingeable open cell ceiling for toilet area with cell size of 100x100mm made out Aluminium 0.4mm thick . The assembled cell ceiling panels shall be in size of 600x1200 made out of blades in 9mm (W) x 40mm (H). The assembled cell ceiling panels are then clipped into 32x36x32mm carriers in GMS, coated in black enameled finished at 1200mm c.c. . Once the carriers are installed then primary perforated L- angles30x30x1.2mm made out of GMS are cross connected to the carriers at 1200mm c.c, for lateral bracing.
