PROVISION OF ROOF TOP SOLAR PLANT AT E/M INSTALLATION UNDER GE DEHU ROAD

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Roof top Solar Power plant 50 KW capacity with hybrid system including the following items detail for each job . (i) Solar PV Module Standards:- Mono Perc, 545 Wp. Each panel , Total Nos of panel 91 Nos.Specification:-IEC 61215/ IEC 61730 certified panel Make- Navitas/Waaree. (ii) Module Mounting.Structure.Standards:-GI sections 50 x 30 chanel with purling with Aluminum combo sections and clamps alongwith other connected accessories. (iii) Solar Inverter.Standards:-Growatt/Sofar/Navitas/Waaree or equivalent inverters, IEC certified. Built in DC disconnect and AC disconnect as per Electricity board. Specification:- kW rating suited for system, with 3 phase output for 50 Kw Make- Navitas./Waaree or equivalent. (iv) Earth System specification IS 3043,standards as per IS Standard / NBC standard integrated to existing building earth strip or as suited , as per recommended manufacturer. cost of excavation and required materilas alongwith PVC pipe will be included in this job . connection ensure from DB to earthing and earthing test result should be less than 10 Ohm (v) ACDB/LT Control panel including change over MCB and MCCB as per designed . Make:-ABB / Citel / L&T. (vi) DC copper cables,& AC aluminum armored cables from inverter to solar panel ACDB to main existing electric source along with all connected accessories . Make: Polycab. (vii) Remote Monitoring System.Specification:-Data logger / App based data with SIM . (viii) Zero net metering device to be installed for hybrid system. (ix) Battery Backup : lithium ion battery 48V 200Ah for excess energy storage upto 50 KWh along with connecting cable as per manufacturer design and make neccessry connection from inverter . Make Luminous /Exide /Waaree or equivalent. Note : (i) Contractor will be bounded to provide certificate of test result of solar Module, Test certicicate of materials , certificate of gurantee/ warrantee for the product from manufacture at the time of installation. (ii) If any items miss out but cumpulsry for installation cost included in quoted rate.
