Operation and Maintenance of Water Supply network and, Up-keeping of Common Toilets by engaging 1 No. of Plumber Cum Pump Operator for General shift and 10 Nos.of Scavengers for Gents & Ladies Toilet block per day for 2 shifts( 5Nos in 1st shift (6.00 am to 2.00pm) & 5 Nos in 2nd shift 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm)).The work includes operation of motors and valves to ensure uninterrupted water supply to toilets, parking bays and drinking foundations; sweeping and mopping of floors, cleaning of urinals, water closets, wash basins, etc., by using detergents/disinfectants round the clock. The rate includes phenyl, Bleaching Powder, Naphthalene Balls, Urinal Cakes, Broom Sticks, Brush, PVC Solution, Shellac, Thread, etc., and all connected equipments, tools and plants, etc., complete as directed by Departmental Officers. (Periods of 12months). (The rate is Excluding of GST & LWF)
