Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs all as specified and ditrected.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc ,complete all as specified and as directed

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate, 25mm thick as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, projections on silimar surfaces existing with slope, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished, laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at any hight and making the surface fair and even witout using extra cement including using liquid integral WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply of liquid integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softning not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensil strength not less than 300N/sqcm, side lap and end lap 10cm with torch application of membrane over compatible primer @ 0.40 Ltr/sqm and aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm on top complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masnory with solid block exceeding 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of PCC block masonry finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

Forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade A for 150mm thick concrete slab all as specified and directed.

Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite/trap stone aggregate) as in slabs, set in cement mortar 1:4 including form work all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips in stirrups, spacers, binders, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for 32mm bore all as specified and directed

GI pipe 32mm bore medium grade with all GI fittings fixed on wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 32mm bore pipes and connections in new or old positions (walls, ceiling, floors etc) all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position and cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tank exceeding 500 ltrs and not exceeding 1000 Ltr capacity from existing position and removing to store all as specified and as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers hoisted and fixed in position with proper inlet and outlet connections all as specified and as directed

Racking out joints to brick tiles 30cm by 15cm laid flat as in floors, roofs, ceilings, chajjas etc all as specified and directed.

Flush pointing in cement morter including waterproofing compound to 30cm by 15cm brick tiles, laid flat on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.
