Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, other than ground floors and removing the demolished material out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as levelling course etc over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed

Complete removal of existing roof treatment any thickness including screed plaster of any thickness cutting & up rooting tree roots/Vegitable growth & removing the debris outside the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) over inaccessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer, laid over hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primed surface with bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters/Sqm surface using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint over App Membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in roof kerbs or mud stops, coping, benching, water tank plateforms rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 50mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping/finishing horizontal face of groove with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old PVC water tanks with float valve and S&F 500 lit capacity rotational moulded ploythylene water storage tank, triple layer, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old steel tubing 15mm bore and connections, including cleaning all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old steel tubing 20mm bore and connections, including cleaning all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore medium grade galvanized iron tubing with all fittings e.g. socket, union, nipple etc. including cutting of pipe in required size , making threads etc, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20mm bore medium grade galvanized iron tubing with all fittings e.g. socket, union, nipple etc. including cutting of pipe in required size , making threads etc, complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 13 & 14 here-in-before but except pipe.

Dismantling of old PVC water tanks (500 ltr to 1000 ltr capacity) with float valve safely and refixing the same in new or old position including cleaning after completing roof treatment work all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cmx 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs, and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismentling of existing tiles with screed without disturbing the roof treatment/ bitumenous felt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of damaged RCC Chajja, fascia, fins, roof projection, ceiling and balcony railing etc at any height by rendering 15 to 25mm thick in one or two layers as per site requirement in CM 1:3 incl hacking out old broken/damaged concrete portion, cleaning of old reinforce etc and applying neat cemtet slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Rate for all scaffolding required for repairing work shall be deemed included in this rate)

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly Plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering fare face of brick/stone masonry walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of weather coat exterior emulsion) white or tinted over a coat of primer as approved complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 160mm dia PVC SWR pipe type 'A' single socketed in any length at any height with rubber ring joints fixed to wall, hangar gutter & cladding, inside hangar ceiling duct, over roofs etc and fixed to wall with metal brackets (FI 25x3) complete all as specified and direted. Make: Finolex, Supreme, Prince.

Taking down old servicable PVC pipes 160mm dia and refixing the same in old/new position including clamps (MS FI 25x3mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 160mm dia PVC (SWR) bend/Shoe with rubber ring joints at any height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 160mm dia PVC (SWR) couplers with rubber ring joints at any height fixed to walls/ hanger cladding complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing external unit of split AC before executing water proofing treatment work from roof top surface, to be kept in safe custody and refixing/reconnecting the same in position including all necessary fittings and fixtures, electric connection etc and should be in working condition as it was before, after completion of roof treatment work complete all as speicified and directed.
