Procurement will be made only from the manufacturer/Authorised dealer who are registered with PCMD/Eastern Railway. In case of Authorised Dealer , Firm should upload the valid authorization certificate of the OEM, failing which their offer may be rejected. OEM s should comply with sub clause 19 of the amended GTC.
All bidder should upload product particular, brochure, specification /description compliance etc. Otherwise bidders offer may not be considered for technical review.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS conditions of contracts and ( or ) specials conditions and (or) other conditions specified / attached with the Tender.
