Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-serviceable material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful surplus material to required width of the road or to approved dumping sites by Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machinery, material, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. A recovery of useful stone for 81.48 cum (Eighty one point four eight ) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,breast walls,culverts,drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks,chiseling /wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanical mix and vibrated in open foundation, retaining walls, wing walls etcetera like structures complete as per drawings nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : Ten crushed graded stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size including cost of form work and curing complete as per HPPWD specification complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110mm ( One hundred ten ) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramm ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( one vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per draswing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment , wing walls and return walls complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8.granular material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads and lifts and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for Grading-I materials per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four coarse sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size in open foundation and plinth of Toe wall & catch pit etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing & technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated M-10 (M-ten) cement concrete for plain cement concrete 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size agreegate in open foundation, Toe walls, drain of all type of structure complete in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete in open foundation, flooring in catch pits complete of plain/reinforced concrete M-20 ( M-twenty) 20mm(Twenty millimeter) nominal size agreegate in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time laying under water complete for alll heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 80mm ( Eighty millimetre) thick Pre -Polished NTC/Modern/NITCO/GICO or ISI/BIS certified as approved by Engineer-in-Charge heavy duty precasts cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 ( M- fifty) grade including border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25mm ( twenty five millimetre) thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement:four course sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of black including curing rubbing polishing complete in pattern finish of approved ,colour and shade.and pattern. The paver shall be laid on 40mm (Forty millimeters) sand filling compacted as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 900mm (Nine hundred millimeters diameter) ( to level and slopes) reinforced cement concrete non pressure pipe I.S.I class NP-2 for culverts on 1st class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and technical specification clause 1108 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
