Providing, laying and fixing of self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement grid of High Modulus Fibre Glass of mesh size not exceeding 12.5mm x 12.5mm. The self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement after laying over the Runway Pavement shall be pressed down fully with a rubber tired roller and glued to pavement surface. The grid being self adhesive does not require tack coat. The longitudinal overleap should not be less than 250mm and transverse overleap i.e. at the end of the roll should not be less than 150mm. The items should be completed in all respect, to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Refineries and 2% stone dust by weight of aggregates as filler material].
Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineerin- Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).
Supply of following holed CI isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330mm, height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface which is 15mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive light fitting base plate on the top and having clear holes at side surfaces diametrically opposite, centre 75mm above bottom to receive one number each of 50mm dia C class GI pipe chek nuts as required. The box should have 2nos SS earth bolts M10*30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom tapped to receive is 15mm dia B class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole as per specification as required.
Double Hole
Installation of isolation transformer housing boxes in concrete (to be fixed along with concreting of apron/shoulder ) with top projecting 20 to 25mm above finished apron surface, top sloped with 1:2:4 cement to match apron/shoulder level including providing and fixing of 250 mm long 15 mm dia.ISI marked "C" class GI pipe for drainge of water, fixing of 50mm dia GI pipe in respective holes with double check nuts (one inside and one outside the box) including excavation of earth if required etc. complete as required. Supplying and laying of 50mm size ISI marked C class GI pipe and accessories such as coupling, bends, PVC sleaves etc for taking AGL cable to the transformer housing box ( to be fixed along with concreting of apron/shoulder) at a required depth to match the cable entry hole of isolation transformer housing box, cutting , threading the ends if required to housing box using check nuts etc. complete as required.
Supplying and laying of 50 mm OD size, PE 100 PN 6 ISI marked HDPE and accessories such as coupling, bends, PVC sleaves etc. for takling AGL cable to the transformer housing box (to be fixed along with concreting of apron/shoulder) at a required depth to match the cable entry hole of isolation transformer housing box, cutting, threading of the ends if required for connecting to housing box using check nuts etc. complete as required.
