Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for Reinforced cement using with deploying machineries directed by departmental officers
Boring, Providing and installation bored cost-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles 450mm dia of grade M-35 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap to carry a safe working load not less than specified excluding cost the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of pile to embedded in the pile cap etc, by the percission drilling using Direect mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and Chisel technique by tripod and Mechanical winch machine all complete including removal of excavated earth with oils its lifts and leads Note : Truck Mounted rotary/ TMR/ Tube well boring machine shall not be used.
Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum.
Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification.
Supplying and erecting steel shuttering for sides and soffits inculding supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid for siver oak joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by the casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia paced at 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc.,complying with standard specifications-the payment for centering shall be made only after concete laid. (P & D) .

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-35 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 425 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). Providing fusion bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175 microns thickness and up to 300 microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per I.S code 13620 - 1993 for including testing of coating at plant . The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strengthening of bent rods etc, complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineering in charge Rate as per TWAD board 2022-23 Pg.No : 95
