M&L for clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches around the cable for cushioning complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Sand cushioning 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable & punned down 18cm,and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply, laying,testing and commissioning in pipes/ ducts/ poles/ trenches/ under floor/ under road XLPE insulated steel strip or wire armoured cable screened PVC heavy duty with aluminium conductor,11000 Volt grade(earthed) of cross section area 95 Sqmm,3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in pipes/ ducts /poles/ trenches/ under floor/under road XLPE insulated steel strip or wire armoured cable screened PVC heavy duty with aluminium conductor,11000 Volt grade(earthed) of cross section area 120 Sqmm,3 core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying 80mm bore GI pipe 'light grade' in trenches,under floors,roads,along poles for protection of cables,including sealing ends complete all as specified & directed.(MS Clamps to be measured and p[aid under appropriate item)

M&L for painting of 11m steel pole with cross arms, claim of any length and shape for HT overhead line with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bands width 30cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole above coping to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of two pole structure of 11m steel poles with cross arms, bracings, clamps of any length and shape for HT overhead line with one coat of aluminum paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bands width 30cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole above coping to 1.5mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of four structure of 11m steel poles with cross arms, bracings, clamps of any length and shape for HT overhead line with one coat of aluminum paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bands width 30cm by fluoroscent paint, from bottom of pole above coping to 1.5mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully switch air break, gang operated, triple pole complete and supply, installing, connection and commissioning switch air break gang operated, triple pole, outdoor type of 12 insulators, mechanically operated, mounted of insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism and operating rod of 25mm bore GI pipe worked from ground leel, with locking arrangements, for current rating 400 Amp at 11 KV, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filing in replacement of lightning arrestor suitable for 11 KV grade, non Iinear resistance type, complete with all fitting transmission class for outdoor discharge capacity 65KA complete al as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement disc type insulator,porcelain,vitreous,white brown or green,145 mm high and 225mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors,working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Restringing tightening of HT/LT overhead line conductor of any size ACSR conductor four to six wire after opening from insulators,including replacement of all warnout jumper connections/nuts/bolts/washers and winding on insulator with proper size of binding wire upto permissible sag complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing tightening of GI earth continue conductor of size 4mm dia HT over head line after opening from insulators,including replacement of all warnout jumper connections/nuts/bolts/washers and winding on insulator with proper size of binding wire upto permissible sag complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stay assembly (in replacement) consisting of galvanised stay wire 7/10 SWG stay bow of 14 mm dia, stay rod 20mm dia 180cm long with loop insulators stay plate 230 x 230mm x6mm with PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2 complete with stay clamps,bolts and nuts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for stay foundation in soft/loose soil,disposal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 metres & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5mtr from the starting point as directed. M&L for Calibration of VCB CHECKING (All connections and mechanism) cleaning servicing overhauling,testing complete of 3 phase 11 KV vaccum circuit breakers any make/type as mentioned below :- (a) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and checking CTs 03 Nos of each VCB for insulation and saturation calibrating with the help of primary injection & testing kit for primary triping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge/rep ofEngr-in-Charge and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables ,complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Inspecting, servicing and testing all connections of control wiring availability of proper D.C. supply,incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them,cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting incl replacement of faulty control fuses,indication lamp & testing for satisfactory operation raising and lowering mechanism in presense of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. (c) Taking out IDMT over current relay 01 Nos and earth fault relay 01 No from the 11KV VCB (2 Nos In each) and calibrating the relays with the help of secondary injection kit and proper setting of relays and refixing back in existing position testing of proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (d) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and checking PT 11 KV/110V of each VCB for insulation and accuracy and calibrating the same in presence of Engr-in-Charge/rep of Engr-in-Charge and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection & taking out old/defective current transformer (CT) from 11 KV VCB panel and supply ,fixing,intallation & testing of current tranformer ,indoor comprising of 3 Nos single phase resin cast CTs of 300-150/5+5 amps ratio ,PS class ,with suitable V A burden and accuracy suitable for protection & material incl making suitable arrangement for fixing in existing VCB panel and connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) All the instruments and T&P required for the above jobs shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rates. (ii) The all above checking ,inspection ,installation and testing work shall be performed by auth HT expert engineer.

Taking out trolly from VCB, opening of trolly to clean the parts, cleaning of tank, dismentling of existing unserviceable vacuume interrupter and supply, install testing of vacuume interrupter matching to existing one suitable for 11 KV 400 amps HT VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable bus bar spout after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connections and S/F new bus bar spout of 11 KV 400 Amps VCB matching to existing one including all incoming and outgoing connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking (All connections and mechanism) cleaning servicing overhauling,testing complete of 3 phase 11 KV Ring main unit any type/make outdoor type respectively as mentioned below :- (a) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and checking CTs 03 Nos of each breaker for insulation and saturation calibrating with the help of primary injection & testing kit for primary triping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete of panels ,complete all as specified and directed. (b) Inspecting, servicing and testing all mechanical & electrical parts and the connections of control wiring availability of proper DC supply and AC supply,incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them,cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting testing it for satisfactory operation raising and lowering mechanism in presense of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (c) Taking out existing over current relay 02 Nos and earth fault relay 01 No from the 11KV breaker B (3 Nos In each) and calibrating the relays with the help of secondary injection kit and proper setting of relays and refixing back in existing position testing of proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) All the instruments,primary and secondary injection kit and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rates. (ii) All the test record shall be mentioned and signed by the testing engineer and contractor and Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) The above work shall be performed by HT expert/ Engineer.

Opening Dismantling the transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 (including 250 KVA capacity of trs ) KVA by lifting the top cover taking out the HT/LT core and draining out the transformer oil in barral including cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and out side throughly with emery paper and cloth than checked the winding and other worn-out parts such as HT/LT coils silicor stamping and other connected items as Tap-changer, breather assembly etc and replacement of HT and LT coil and connected to existing serviceable strip by jointing with soldring and re insulated of cotton tape over strip including using insulating material like varnish to limb coil fire proof type and sleeves etc by drying and baking of Insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temprature Reassenbling the transformer LT/HT connection with help of soldering. Testing of transformer after reassembly complete testing of transformer after repair incl painting to the transformer with super enammed paint complete all as specified anddirected. Note :- HT/LT coils and other connected items shall be measured & paid seperately.
