(f) Check all the controls loose connections and serviceability of all PLC in clectric control panel (g) Checking the MS Chimney and tighten the clamps properly to maintain proper alignment (h) Check all the fuel piping for any leaks and rectify the same (i) Check the Serviceability of recirculation pumps (j) Cleaning the droplet seperator cum recirculation tank all as directed

Repairs to Induced draft fan of capacity 3.0 HP by dismantling and rewinding the same with suitable gauge super enamelled copper winding wire including replacement of bearing and refixing back-in-position testing and commissioning all as directed.

All as per Item No.3 here-in-before but combusion air fan of capacity 2.0 HP

Material and labour for painting of Incinerator assembly with chimney of any size & capacity with two coats of non corrosive paint over a one coat of primer including preparation of old surface of incinerator with soft wire brush complete including writing of MES & SM NO all as directed.

Material and labour for repairs/ servicing to fire righting equipments and checking for running of firefighting system including replacement of unserviceable minor parts, preparation/cleaning of outer surface of fire fighting water pipe by scrapping with emery paper or other means and painting of fire fighting pipes of various sizes with two coat of synthetic enamel paint red colour all as specified and as directed.

Supply, errect, jointing of MS pipe ERW Heavy (IS1239) complete with necessary supports and specials such as tees, bends, reducers etc including consumables and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint including making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ ceiling etc of following sizes including taking down old one as credit.

Supply and replace Glycerine filled water pressure gauge in the riser pipe of and PSI (0-14kg/cm2 ) including dismantling old unserviceable pressure gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace testing and commissioning of dual type pressure switch with pressure gauge suitable for 0.10kg/sqcm and automatic operation of pumps as per operating sequence of all pumps with all electrical connection and setting of cut-in and cut-off pressure including dismentling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in repairs/ servicing of fire fighting pump set/ motor (centifuging pump set) different capacities and different makes), including dismantling/ disconnecting (electrically & mechanically) and transporting to workshop, open ing the pump motor with same gauge, weight and same number of turns of superenamelled copper wire and varnishing with "Doctor-beck" varnishing compound including heating and re-assembling the motor, brought back to the site, refixing at its original position/ location with proper alignment including connecting, testing and commissioning after repair including replacement of worn out bearing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of static water tank capacity 75000 Ltr by emptying the tanks, removing scale, dirt and all other foreign materials deposited inside nipples, on walls and bottom of the tanks by scraping and brushing with wire brush and pressure pump, cleaning with bleaching powder slurry and allowed to dry and then washing the tank with fresh water, checking and removing airlock if any on next day after cleaning of the tank, cleaning vegetation etc on RCC slab, painting with two coat of lime wash inside the tank and two coats of oil bound distemper to outer area of the tank complete with synthetic enamel paint of approved make and writing the capacity of tank and date of cleaning all as directed.

Material and labour servicing to mechanical laundry equipments (Washing Machine 35 kgs capacity) and checking the following including with replacement of unserviceable spare parts:- (i) Checking all the circuits for proper automatic operation of the machine (ii) Check the door gasket for its serviceability (iii) Check the heaters (iv) Check the Timer controls and its setting thereoff (v) Check the motor connection and its rated RPM (vi) Check the water inlet and outlet and drain pipes and clean the same (vii) Check the pressure switches for its serviceability (viii) Check the temparature control regulator (ix) Cleaning the entire machine with suitable cleaning agent after servicing (x) Testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-Charge

Material and labour servicing to mechanical laundry equipments (Hydro Extractor) and checking the following including with replacement of unserviceable spare parts:- (i) Checking all the circuits for proper automatic operation of the machine (ii) Check the door gasket for its serviceability (iii) Check the timer controls and its settings thereoff (iv) Check the motor connection and its rated RPM (v) Check for drum balance and alignment (vi) Check and clean the drain pipes and valves (vii) Check the auto DC injected brake system and its circuit for proper operation (viii) Cleaning the entire machine with suitable cleaning agent after servicing (ix) Testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-Charge

Material and labour servicing to mechanical laundry equipments (Drying Tumbler) and checking the following including with replacement of unserviceable spare parts:- (i) Checking all the circuits for proper automatic operation of the machine (ii) Check the door gasket for its serviceability (iii) Check the timer controls and its settings thereoff (iv) Check the drum motor and drier motor connection and its rated RPM (v) Check for drum balance and alignment (vi) Check and the belt tension and replace if worn out (vii) Cleaning the entire machine with suitable cleaning agent after servicing (viii) Check the temprature control, hot water switches (ix) Check the complete hot air duct system for any leaks and rectify the same (x) Cleaning the entire machine with suitable cleaning agent after servicing (xi) Checking all the circuits for proper automatic operation of the machine (xii) Check the vaccum motor connection and its RPM (xiii) Check the thermostat controls and the table heaters (xiv) Check the compressor motor connection and pipe connections and suction pressure, pressure release valve and micro switch for proper operation (xv) Check the inlet water pipe and valves

Material and labour servicing to follwoing part/ items in Vaccum iron table of mechanical laundry on full load to entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-Charge:- (i) Checking the silicon padding of the table for any damages and repair the same (ii) Checking all the circuits for proper automatic operation of the machine (iii) Check the vaccume motor connection and its RPM (iv) Check the thermostat controls and the table heaters (v) Check the compressor motor onnection and pipe connectios and suction pressure, pressure relesse valve and micro switch for proper operation (vi) Check the inlet water pipes and valves (vii) Testing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-Charge Note: Quoted rate for Item No.37 to 40 above deemed to inclusive of any minor items / parts of mechanical laundry found unserviceable / defective during overhauling/ servicing of the machine.

Material and labour in repair/ servicing of motor of capacity 2 HP in Mechanical laundry, 3 phase (centrifugal pumpset) including disconnecting (electically & mechanically) and transporting to workshop, opening the pump motor, cleaning, greasing to bearing/ bushes, replacing wornout bearings, nuts & bolts rewinding the motor with same gauge, weight and same number of turns of super enamelled copper winding wire and varnishing with "Doctor-Beck" varnishing compound including heating and re-assebling the motor, brought back to the site, refixing at its original position/ location with proper alignment including connecting, testing and commissioning after repair including replacement of worn out bearing complete all as directed.
