CONSTRUCTION OF CHANGE ROOMS

Construction of change rooms (RCC framed structure) on Design Concept Proposal basis(DCPB) including Internal Water Supply & Sanitary Installations, Electrical External Service Connections,Civil External Service Connections, Internal Electrical Installation, Power wiring and plugs, Quality assurance etc. and scope of work mentioned in Clause 3 of General Conditions of Contract. All work to be completed & handed over in all respect. The above work includes the submission of drawings, specification & vetting.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Water Tank :Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing SS Dugouts of 8 seater capacity (Nos.)

WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil. ( P.No. 74 & I.No.2.1.1)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (P.No.74 & I.No.2.8.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (P.No.86 & I.No.4.1.6)

15mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (P.No.228 & I.No.13.5.2)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (P.No.86 & I.No.4.1.2)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. (P.No.98 & I.No.5.22.6)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (P.No.96 & I.No.5.9.1)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. (P.No.96 & I.No.5.9.5)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes & sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (P.No.108 & I.No.6.4.2)

Water Tank (RCC Only)The contractor shall prepare all architectural, structural and services designs & drawings for the GLSR with approval by any government agencies like IIT/ IISC or other reputed engineering Colleges cost of which need to be borne by the Contractor

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Water filtration system (WTP) which inclused Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter,Softener 6m3/hr, chlorine dosing pump, internal connection pipe, control panel complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
