Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipe, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls /poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc, and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Exavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth, getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 250mm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated cable, heavy duty, galvanished steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor of 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 sq.mm 4 core. laid in trenches or passing through pipe/on wall, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rate of the saddle and clamps for fixing of cable on wall are deemed to be included in quoting rate.

NOTE :Necessary excavation and earth work, brick and sand, etc. are to be measured and paid seperetely.

Note : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and to be paid.

S&F for sub-class 'B' bricks, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying only old serviceable bricks perpendicular to UG cable over the dry sand cushioning, for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable GI / HDPE pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair 50mm high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/Sqcm, fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs galvanised iron pipe of size 80mm dia, 'light grade' for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for horizontal boring for passing protection pipe up to 80mm dia, under road/foot path, not exceeding 10m in a single length complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Pipe to be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for painting of LT panel/feeder pillar any size after cleaning the body surface inner side and outer side by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of transformer/ AVR of 100 KVA to 630 KVA in any size after cleaning the body surface outer side by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs cable route marker of 350mm height including grouting and painting HT/LT cast iron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken boulders aggregate for loose filling near and around electric switch yard/ electric equipment, gauge 40mm to 80mm graded, also surface dressing as and when required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chemical earthing electrode advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintanance free pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (zinc & alloy coated), zinc coated (80-100 microns) with pure zinc (99.9%) and alloy coating (200-250 microns), earthing system confirming IS 3034. The outer & inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia (dimention may vary + 1mm) , 3m length, zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with the COMPACT FILL (CF) (crystalline conductive compound). The compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrodite/ conductolite back fill compound (ground enhancer), the BFC should be ecofriendly, it should not contain enviromentally hazardous material/metal having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab.
