M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding, coping, Kerb stone ,bed plates, hold fast blocks, etc., including formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install tensile membrane fabric with necessary cantilever designed structural memberane in accordance with IS-800 including applying two coat of epoxy primer and applying two coat of epoxy paint on steel surface of the structure.The Fabric shall be patterned and welded with high prequency welding machine and the end pocket will be made to slide the kedar profile and will be fixed using special aluminum extrusions at the end of the roof truss.The fabric shall be min 900GSM complete all as specified. S&F PVC insulated flexible multicore round copper conductor cable of size 3 core 2.5 Sqmm including necessary end connector incl taking down unsv cable complete Make:Havells,cat no: WHMFDSKB32X5 or techno-commercially equivalant in Finolex/Polycab all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,fix and test, of highbay LED light fitting suitable for ceiling(surface/suspended) IP>=65, IK>=07, lumens output 150 lm/w,complete with all accessories, prewired, of rating 150 W with min 15000 lumens, 5700 K, with PDC housing and polycarbonate diffuser, suitable for focusing the Tea infrastructure at the height of 4-6 mtrs (Approx) from FFL including necessary electric connection & fixing arrangement with & incl suitable size/Nos of bolts, nuts, washers etc all as complete in consultation with the OEM and inbuilt electronic driver & high brightness LED all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Havells, Cat No: SAUCERGENXADVMIDHBP150WLED857PNBBORL or techno-commercially equivalent in Jaquar/Philips.

S & F loop in- loop out fuse junction box of Make : Sintex, Cat No: GSJB-1414 or techno-commercially equivalent in Hensel/OBO, internal dimension 140 x140 x 95mm (min dimensions) made out of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and incl 20 Amps MCB SPN of rating 10 KA, C Series - 01 Nos, mounted in the box, fixing on steel tubular pole or any other surface including connecting up with necessary fixing arrangements & electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

NOTE for Item Nos 8 to 11 : 1) Techno-Commercial Comparative Analysis is required to be submitted to Engr-In-Charge & GE wherever equivalency w.r.t. a given Make/Model/Cat-Part Ref is concerned. 2) The approximate height of installation/fixing of the High/Medium Bay LED fittings is around 4 to 6 Mtrs from Ground/FFL. Contr is required to take all the safety precautions incl any type of ladders/scaffolding work & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 3) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates 4) Contr/Firm is required to visit the site of work for any doubts/clarifications w.r.t. specifications/qty etc. before quoting of the Tender. Any query/clarifications etc. after conclusion of the Contract shall NOT be entertained & decision of the AO shall be final & binding.
