Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone or bricks wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work/random rubble stone masonry in walls or to brick/stons on edge in floors all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction on other than fair faces of brick / stone masonary surfaces,incl dubbing coat of required thickness (If required) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (WPC measured and paid separately)

M & L for rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:4) 10mm thick as in ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick coat of white wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of new decorated surfaces of walls and providing two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7mm thick tiles on walls, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl item no 16.00 here in before but on vertical surfaces of stone wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36sqm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item no 18.00 here in before but on vertical surfaces of stone wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20mm thick black granite on kitchen platform and similar work over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid over sand stone slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar as in portion ordered and directed.

M & L for old size fly ash brick work, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe,overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm without drainage board, with plugs, washers and waste including fixing cantilever brackets complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota sotne slab, 20-25mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 as in floors, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing with mirror polish complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota sotne slab in skirting / steps / risers of reqd size, 20 to 25mm thick & including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4 as in floors, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing with mirror polish complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).
