Earth work in excavation for all types of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil , ordinary rock , hard rock, chiseling/wedging out or rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts includinmg dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trendches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre ) compacted thickness including shoring an structting and pumping and bailling out water (surface and sub sol water) upto any depth and any quantum of water inclusing cleaning of slush which arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . Construction of Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures and graded and compact to meet requirement including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawing including spreading the embankment material with mortar grader in sucessive layers of in layer 200mm (two hundred millimeter) uniform thickness and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10(eight to ten) tonne static weight to meet requirement of tables 300.1 (three hundred point one) as per MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 (three hundred and sixteen hundred) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50(M-fifty) grade including border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25mm (twenty millimeters) thick average thickness of cement 1:4 (one cement: four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks including curing rubbing and polishing complete (sub base concrete) floor to be paid for 80mm( eighty millimeters) thick inter locking blocks ISI approved, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, completed as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . Providing & laying Bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per table 500.4 premix with bituminous binder ,transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade , level & alignmwnt & rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical specification claue 504as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing & laying 25mm (Twenty five millimeter ) compacted thickness with bitumen ogf grade VG-30 (viscosity grade-30)@ 5.5% (Five point five percent ) (percentage by weight of total mix) & lime filler @2% (two percent)(percentage by weight of Aggregate )using crushedstone aggregate of specified grading ,premix with bituminous binder & filler prepared in batch Type hot mix plant of 100-120 (Hundred two hot mix to work site by tipper,laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor o the required grade ,level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory & tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction with density as per specification ,and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
