Day-to-day maintenance of Housing Pocket.

Disposal of solid waste and collection of waste from dustbins, MSW, garbage areas, and common floors of the building and basement, lifting/loading of solid waste into garbage van with driver and two Environment Assistants, and dumping/disposal up to the nearest MCD dumping yard, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment shall be made as per actual measurement.) Any waste found dumped/stored in pockets or at unauthorized places anywhere in the premises shall attract penalty to the agency, as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deployment of two Environment Assistants for cleaning of garbage areas and garbage chutes with phenyl and bleaching powder, scrubbing of floors with wire brush while wearing gloves and masks, and application of insecticide, etc., in the building and basement, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Apply a correction factor on existing items of the DSR-2023(M.F. 0.973)= Rs. 28,18,040.06

Conditions: - 1. A sum of Rs. 1000/- per day as token penalty will be imposed in case of specified area not swept/cleaned satisfactorily. 2. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. 3. All the material like mask,gloves, safety shoes, bleaching powder,wire brush,broom,phenyl, etc. required to execute above mentioned items shall be arranged by the agency.
