M&L for rendering on concrete/brick surfaces 15mm thick in CM 1:4 using with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .( Note:- WPC measured and paid saperately)

Material and labour for 20- 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring 20 to 20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified..

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone as in vertical surfaces risers of steps , skirting, dado and pillars etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of stone slab laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing even & fair without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, and including 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) etc all complete.
