Demolition of Precast cement concrete block walling built in CM or Cement lime Mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in any position and paving not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc. 10 cm width with solid block C1 (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum, getting out hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or Brocken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for post, struts (including caps) including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Supply & fabricate and fixing in position angle iron posts for fencing posts and struts including flat iron etc and including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing fencing including all necessary welding , drilling, bolting or riveting, complete all as specified and directed.(Steel confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS Galvanized with 1.0mm thick PVC coated chain link fencing 50mm x 50mm over 3.15mm GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 10mm dia MS round bar for tighting/securing fencing wire etc,including two coats of synthetic enamel mpaint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screw-wed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long diameter of neck in exc 16mm and n.exc 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster in patches on brick/stone masonry wall incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of concrete/PCC block surfaces of walls finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered wall surface and applying two coat of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger weather coat All guard).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound on concrete/block masonry surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs Aluminium composite panel sheet of 3.0mm thick with skin thickness of 0.25mm of aluminium on both sides, sandwitched by 2.5mm polyethylene core with PVDF coating of 30.0 micron fixed over frame of aluminium tubular section 25x50mm.20.0mm thick, dully fixed to wall/ceiling with expansion fastner, having panels not exc 1200x1200mm with necessary silicon filling, in approved pattern as in column, beam, wall etc. compete as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary MS scaffolding required for work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S & F stainless steel tubing of any diameter of circular, square or rectangular in shape of grade AISI-316 (type Austenitic anticorrosive in nature) as in railings / grills / designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding and fixing in any type of location incl taking down old railing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Framed work such as ornamental and intricate design Gate, grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; amework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolled section as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafter,purline where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed witg angle cleats or other connecting plates of grade Fe-410 (grde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rolled sections as in post built up of one beam / channel or angle section with flanged plates, caps bases slices angle brackets cleats and other connections, conforming to Fe 410-w.(Gde-E-250 ) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated external wall surface by scrapping, washing, cleaning etc and applying two coat of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer as that of paint incl filling cracks, holes using wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger weather coat All guard).

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm per litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) including filling of cracks, holes and leveling the surface which undulation found with cement, putty etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 16 to 18mm thick granite stone (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, staircase tread & risers of steps, cooking platform, window cill/jambs etc laid bedded over 15mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white/coloured cement to match coloured tiles including Rounding, grinding and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engr-In-Charge)

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from frame n exe 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately)

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F Aluminum anodized barrel bolt of extruded section 150mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F extruded aluminum alloy handle fabricated type anodized 150 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil incl levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc .25cm in fdn trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a dist n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement mortar, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed
