The sleeve pipe shall be made of 125mm OD seamless pipe with thickness of 5mm and bolted to main frame with M10 SS bolts. The bottom support shall be welded of M.S. plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness. The handle frame of 25NB shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipe The paddle frame of 50NB shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipe supported with 70X8mm bend M.S. flat and can be replaceable. The foundation to be used for fixing should be a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80NB “c” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. Bushes shall be used of 70mm Outer Diameter with 5mm thickness. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size 320mm X270mm X5mm. For support to footrest of 200mmX250mm with 3mm thickness M.S. Plate shall be used. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. The pins to be used shall be made up of Ø35 mm SAE 8620 bright material. The bearing shall be used are of “6007zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG). High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts shall be used for assembly. The cerclips shall be used for assembly of A34.The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powder of Ackzonoble or Berger with 60 to 70 micron thickness, all complete as per drawing, design, directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc.

CROSS TRAINER Providing and fixing of Cross trainer of size 1320mm (Length) x 600mm (Width) x 1750mm. (Height) fabricated with the main frame Pipes of 80NB shall be made of “C” Class G.I and pipe with single bend pipe with 250mm radius. The bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The Handle Frame shall be made up of 25NB “C” Class G.I. Pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. pipe of 80 NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. THI-CHI SPINNER (2 WHEEL) Providing and fixing of Thi-Chi spinner (2 Wheel) of size 700mm (Length) x 1000mm (Width) x 1280mm (Height) fabricated with a center pipe of 100NB shall be made up of “C” Class G.I. pipe. The handle movement round frame shall be made up from 25 NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB “C” class, welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. The powder coating shall be done with pure Polyester powders from Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness. Bolt M8X16 mm and Nylock nut of M8 shall be made of SS 304 used on nylon cap mounted on pins to protect bearings and pins from rain and dust, all complete as per drawing, design, directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc

SEATED PULLER Providing and fixing of Seated Puller of size 1900mm (Length) x 740mm (Width) x 1920mm. (Height) fabricated with a center pipe is of 100NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. Bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness shall be welded. All linkages shall be made up of 25NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The seat frame of 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe, To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from seamless pipe of 60mm O.D. and 5mm thickness as well as 60mm diameter solid bar bush shall be used. FRP sheet of 3mm thickness shall be moulded on main frame. The remaining frame of the sit up board of 32mm NB shall be made from “C” class GI pipe. Providing and fixing of Double Seater Swing Having Safe Play Area -4 mtr. X 2.5 mtr. The Swing required total area about 3 mtr. X 1.5 mtr. And height shall be 2.4 mtr. From ground level top bar of swing is made by 60mm IDGI pipe 16 gauge and 4 nos. of leg support pipe should be made of 60mm IDGI pipe 16 gauge. Top bar shall be attached with 2 nos. of alloy steel coating bearings with GI chain. Seating arrangement of swing is made up of 9mm thick FRP Sheet with proper finishing work. Bearing should be covered by specially design nylon clamp. The pure polyester powder coating done on the pipes to extend the life of equipments.

Providing And Installation of Skipden semidome Climber: - its required Safe Play Area -3.2 mtr. X 3.2 mtr. The Height of the unit shall be about 2 mtr. Length should be 3.0 mtr. And width should be 2.5 mtr.The Structure shall be made by 30mm IDGI pipe for Outer frame in circular shape and 20 MM NB pipe for inner frame. All the sharp edges and corners are properly grinded to give smooth finishing so that children are not hurt with playing on it. The pure polyester powder coating shall be done on the pipes to extend the life of equipments.

SITC of multi seater see saw for which required safe play area shall be about 4mtr x1.5mtr The height of the equipment shall be about - 0.8mtr.The Multi seater see saw comporises of 4 nos. FRP seats having thickness 4mm with proper finishing and paint finished work. The leaver consists of 25mm IDGI pipe and 80mm IDGI powder coated pipe. The stand for equipment is made of 50mm IDGI pipe with powder coating on complete surface.

Providing and fixing of Children Multiplay system- safe play area -6mtr x 4.5mtr. The Height of equipment shall be about 3 mtr with canopy. The whole unit shall have following parts:- (1) 2 nos. straight slide which have 2.4 mtr length and width 0.6 mtr and made up of FRP with 5 mm thickness over all. including arrangments of 2 nos. stairs of Ms Pipe and flats pipes with paint, welding, molding finishing work. The powder coating (Oven Baked) Done on the pipes extend the life of equipments. and install by C.C. Base system shall be suitable for age limit of 3 to 12.

Providing and fixing of FRP made wave slide having safe play area about 4.6mtrx 0.9 mtr. The wave slide required total area 3.6 mtr x 0.6 mtr. Platform height shall be 1.8 mtr from ground level connected with leg support 60mm IDGI pipe and ladder should be made by steel frame rectangular square pipe 50mm x 25mm. for safety purpose railing should be made by 25mm IDGI pipe Total FRP slide length shall be 3 mtr. with 5mm thickness overall both side finihing work. All the sharp edges and corners are properly grinded to give smooth finishing.The Pipes and components are powder coated on surfaces. Slide should be made in a single moulded piece having wave shape there shall be no any joint in the slide. FRP components should be paint and finished.complete set as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge .
