Provision for in-situ pre conservation documentation including making of Auto CAD drawings of mouldings carvings including Architectural and structural members of structure , including preparing plans, sections, elevations, sketches/drawings of fallen stones, detailed photography, etc. complete.(Including GST & All Taxes)

Provision for removal of vegetation from the shikhara of temple with carefully and slowly to avoid any damage of ancient structure by manual means very carefully including supply of all labours materials , T&P etc (Including GST & All Taxes)

Provision for Pointing of shikhar of temple with carefully ,safety and slowly to avoid any damage of ancient structure with lime mortar in ratio of mortar in 1:1:1 (one lime, one surkhi -1st Class, one coarse/fine sand) to the temple to prevent further seepage including pointing in the same mortar with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade / Ancient structure including supply of all labours materials , T&P etc (Including GST & All Taxes)

Provision for fixing of scaffolding by manual means including erection and dismantling before and after execution of work at the site (Including GST & All Taxes)

Provision for purchase scaffolding system on the exterior side, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge. 5.1) Adjustable prop 1.5 to 2.75
