Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm , one run of 2.5 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre unit length. (For MCB DB SPN circuit) .

M&L for brick masonary valve chamber of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm( internal dimension), with 4.00 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with two Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick (mild steel sheet cover , angle iron frame and all metal works shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) , PCC 1:4:8, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick fly ash brick masonry built in cement mortar 1:4, 50 mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , type C-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agreegate), three coats of white wash on all plastered surface of valve chambers , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary excavation and earth work etc all as shown in drawing & directed.
