Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Providing and Fixing GI Powder coated fins chamfered shaped of size 450mmX75mm with chamfer of 25mmX100mm as per detailed drawing . The fin shall be manufactured from 2nos of 0.7mm thick GI Sheets welded together with infill of honeycomb craft paper of 73mm thickness and 21mm cell size glued together with the approved make PU resin. The ends of the fins shall be stiffened inside with C Channels of depth of 50mm of the same cross sections. The fins shall be fitted over the backets made from powder coated SHS of size 72mmX72mmX50mmX1.5mm, 2 each at top and bottom. The brackets shall be anchored into the floor and the ceiling using M8X75mm Anchor bolts of Hilti make. The fins shall be slide into the brackets and then screwed with M6X25 Self drilling Wafer Head Screws. In no case, the brackets should be visible from the front elevation. The fins shall be powder coated with RAL 7042 Traffic Grey shade powder of approved make of nominal dft of 45-50 Microns. The fins shall come with self-adhesive protective film of 80 microns for scratch protection which has to be removed immediately after fin installation. Shop drawings to be provided for approval. Structural Stability report for the fins, powder coating performance certificate for the coating, test reports for the anchor fasteners to be submitted on successful completion of Installation. The item to include necessary scaffolding and installations at required levels etc. complete.
