Note :- (a) Contractor shall provide ladder for repairing of street light and hanger light fittings. (b) Contactor shall provide 1 electrician and 2 helper daily for Attending /repairing street light/ Hanger light fittings. (c) Non attending complaints after 8 hrs, a panelty @ Rs-500.00/day shall be recovered from the contractor. (d) Rate is included for repairing hanger lights and street lights up to 11 Mtr heights.

Labour & Tools incl ladders to attanding general street light complaints for repair/maint of street light/fllod light fitting any type and capacity after taking out from poles upto 11 mtrs height any place within the stn checking throughly function of drivers and connected item , removing carbon on joints, repairing of cable joints/loose connection , making soldering etc incl replaceent of of small parts ike wire upto 1.5 mtr long, nut bolts, screws, insuation tape etc fixing on pole after carry out necessary repairs and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Taking down Geyser from its existing position (technical & domestic area o by disconnecting all connection, painting to geysers of any make/capacity after scrubbing and cleaning and painting with one coat of white enameled colour including wirting, MES No with black paint 20 mm letter size etc and reinstallation and connecting up complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix thermostat suitable for geyser of any make and any size.

Supply and fix indicating neon lamps suitable for geyser of any make.

Supply and fix siphon assembly suitable for geyser of 25/50 ltrs capacity with including nuts bolts and washer suitable for geyser of any type and Make.

Supply and fix PVC connecting pipe heavy duty 15 mm dia for inlet and outlet with brass coupling suitable for hot/cold

Supply and fix geyser element 250 V 1.5 KW suitable for 25 ltrs capacity.

All as per item No 116 above but for 35/50 Ltrs capacity of 2 KW

M&L for taking down of unserviceable geysr of capacity 25/50 ltrs from its existing position (techical & domestic area of AF Station lohegaon) and carry out the rectification such as taking out of copper/SS tank of geyser, brazing/welding of leakage part of the geyser. After rectification leak proof testing to be carried out and refixing the same geyser after complete rectification at the existing position using nut bolts, faster etc all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge
