Manufacturing/fabricating Providing/fixing of M.S. fittings viz. Bends, Tees, Collars, etc made out of 8mm thick M.S Plates. The job includes making of joints with the existing pipelines incl. the welding charges, lead caulking etc. lead beating with insertion of spun yarn including welding charges. The work should be leak proof and should be painted with anticorrosive red oxide & bituminous paint complete. The job is to be paid in fitted & finished from & is to be carried out as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and fixing of M.S flanges of 10mm thick by welding including cost of cutting of pipe ends to the 80mm dia pipes including cost of nuts, bolts & washers etc complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing & the cost of centring and shuttering complete with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
