Removal of old broken glass panes (any thickness or size, quality or description) from metal frames, including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/clips (HSR 8.33-b)

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with brick ballast 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.26)

First class brickwork laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metre above plinth level. (HSR 11.9)

11.43 cm thick brick wall laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in superstructure (HSR 11.48-a)

Tile terracing with one layer of tiles, 22.86cmx11.43cmx 3.81 cm laid dry over a layer of mud mortar including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean. (HSR 13.14)

Providing & fixing vitrified tiles of size 600mm X 600mm of approved make in skirting/dados laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortor 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT & JOHNSONS. (HSR 14.90) Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing and fixing ceramic tiles/anti skid tiles of size 400mm x 400mm or above size of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement course sand mortar 1:3 of jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. Note: Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS & RAK (HSR 14.91)

Providing & Fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manu-facturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including ointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. (a) Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 200 x 300 mm of reputed manufacturer like:- RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. [HSR 14.92(a)]. Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

(b) Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 300 x 450 mm of reputed manufacturer like:- RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. [HSR 14.92(b)].

12mm thick cement plaster 1:6 plastering on walls.(HSR 15.7)

Painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shad including rubbing down old paint.(HSR 16.7)

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) one coats on old distempered work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.59)

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper two coats on old distempered work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.60)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 16.79 (a)]. 2nd Quality

Finishing walls with Nerolac Suraksha one coat. (N.S.)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grindling the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (Note:- reputed make Putty such as J.K./ Birla shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.81)

Wire gauzed fixed on chowkats with 25mm thick cover moulding of ull width of commercial hard wood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash ect. (non-conferous timber other than teak confoming to I.S. specification no. 1003 kiln-seasoned) (HSR 17.33)

Supplying and fixing glass panes with molding of commercial hardwood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and cheaplash etc. (non-coniferous timber other than teak conforming to I.S. specification no. 1003 kiln-seasoned) (C) 4mm thick ( glazing area above 55 sqdm, but upto 84 sq.dm of each pane) (HSR 17.36-c)

Factory manufactured panelled door or glazed windows shutters of commercial hard wood such as Hollock & Champ only. (non coniferous timber other teak, confirming to I.S. pecificationNo. 1003, Kiln seasoned) with 100mm wide vertical styles, 150mm wide lock rail 200 mm wide bottom rail, and 100mm wide other rails, with panels of 15mm thick, tongued and grooved of commercial hard wood nd including cost of iron hinges, screw, chock/cleats, stops nails etc. complete in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position). (b) 35 mm thick. [HSR 17.90 (b) - Note 1 under 17.18].

Factory manufactured paneled and glazed door shutters of commercial hard wood, such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc., c(non –coniferous timber other than team, conforming to I.S specification no. 1003 kiln seasoned), with 100 mm wide vertical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail, 200 mm wide bottom rail and 100 mm wide other rails, with panelsof 12 mm thick, commercial veneered both side particle board or plywood of B.W.R. grade, hot pressed, including cost of iron hinges, screws, chock/cleats stops and nails etc. complete fixed in position(excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same position. [HSR 17.91 (b) (-) 17.18 - Note]. (b) 35 mm Thick.

Factory manufactured wire gauze door and window shutters of commercial hard wood such as Hollock & Champ only. (non-coniferous timber other teak conforming to I.S. specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned) with 100 mm wide vertical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail 200 mm wide bottom rail, and wire gauze of 140 G or 120 G designation including cost of iron hinges, screws, chock/cleats, stops nails etc., complete fixed in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position. (Styles and rails of windows shutter shall be 75 mm wide. (ii) 35 mm thick. [HSR 17.92 (ii) - Note 1 under 17.18]

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats square bars, tees and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet of any other type of railing, gates and tree guards etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position. (HSR 18.12)

Supply and fixing of glass panes including metal sash putty of approved make glass panes 4mm thick upto 40sqm area. (HSR 18.30-b)

Pressed steel sheet frames (chowkhats) consisting of 2mm thick steel sheet of the specified section, including iron lugs (hold fasts) iron hinges, conforming to P.W.D. specifications, including bolts for fixing stops, locknotch, provision for receiving tower bolts, and finished with one coat of ready mixed paint red lead non-setting primer, of approved quality, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for filling in the frame, and cement concrete 1:3:6 for lugs complete. (a) Door and window frame of size 89mm x 50mm with 40mm wide single rebate.(HSR 18.34-a)

(c) door and window frame of size 127mm x 50mm with 40mm wide double rebate.
