SCHEDULE 'A'

Supply, laying and testing Cable XLPE cable 11KV(earthed) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 3 core 185 sq. mm including testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth work excavation,Sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and spread river sand in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Punned thickness only measured)

Supply and lay burnt bricks of old size sub-class B for cable protection all as directed & as specified.

Supply and lay steel tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fittings; of bore of tube 150mm laid in trenches for drawing cables under road/drain crossings etc all as specified and directed. Make:- Tata/Jindal/Zenith/Swastik/Prakash

Supply and Fix cast iron oval shaped water HT & LT cable route / cable joint / cable loop indicator of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 6 mm thick with letters embossed and fixed with 750 mm long MS angle iron 25 x 25 x 5mm and 'T' base of 25x25x5mm, 200mm long with welding and painting, including connected earth work and excavation as in post holes in any type of soil providing PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of size 660x600x250 mm (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)to hold the angle iron (by putting the split end of angle iron in to the concrete) up to ground level and painting the exposed iron surface with grey colour over a coat of primer etc complete after tracing the route of burried water supply pipe line / cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
