Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151/cemcrete acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Gypsum board 600x600x12mm thick (texture finish), whihte prelaminated set embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T- section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 1200mm c/c securely fixed to be structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm c/c. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug screw etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be grater than 450mm from ajecent wall flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm c/c form 600x600mm module cross tee. Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19mm x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufaturer's and as directed.

S & F in repairs suspended false ceiling of 'E' board Everest or equivalent make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24 x 32 x 300mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffts by approved hangers at 1200mm, maximum centrers.Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and jumper and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to from 1200 x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm dodules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below:- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning of roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iit/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M&L for machine pressed chequerred cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x20-22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the exposed concrete surface of floor/ wall/ chajja by brushing & watering and applying one coat of TAPECRETE P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious slurry consisting 1:2 (1 part of tapecrete : 2 parts of cement by weight) and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours, then applying second coat of 1.5mm thick tapecrete brush topping consisting 1:2:2 (1 part of tapecrete : 2 parts of cement : 2 parts of silica sand by weight) over the first coat and cured for next 2 days complete all as specified and directed.
