M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 01 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5Kg per10 Sqm putting in premix bituminus macadam well rammed as specified for thin bituminus carpet (3 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (9.8 Kg of binder with 0.09 cum of sand), again rolled power roller 10 to 12 ton capacity, depth of pote holes n.exc 30mm all as specified).

M&L for premixed Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using binder contents 4% by weight of total mix, over primed surfaces of road using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), any panetration, laid/rolled and compacted with 10-12 tonne power roller to required camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne power road roller.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying paving bituminious primer (VG-30) grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and all as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 03 cm thick (consolidated thickness) with 0.41 cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 Kg of paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) spread with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 10 to 12 ton power roller to required camber and gradient and rolled to uniform smooth surface with the same roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne power road roller.

M&L Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen, applied and rolled with 10-12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and old surfaces i.e. making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of minimum 2mm thick width not exceeding 15cm with hot thermoplastic road marking paint conforming to BS:3262 with 20 % glass beds (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum filling in layers not exceeding 10 cm thick (compact thickness), spread, levelled and rolled and consolidated with 10 to 12 tonne power roller including watering as in road side berms complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Consolidated thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.)

M&L continuous brick edging with burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' bricks old size with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry on the end of vertically complete all as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm deep in area exc 400 Sqm

Screening road metal, chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially orderedm including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured)

M&L for water bound macadam 150mm thick( compacted thickness in two layers) 7.5 cm thick each layer, with granite , trap or basalt, coarse aggregate of grading 2 ( 63mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size) spread, and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 10 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 11 but except material Note: Old material shall be obtained form Srl Item No. 10 here-in-before for re-use.
