SUB HEAD - I (MAINTENANCE OF E.I. & FANS) Day to day maintenance, operation and general up keep of all internal electrical installation such as wiring, switches, MCB's, DB's, fittings and fixtures, main boards, street/ compound lighting & recording and monitoring of the complaints round the clock on all working days excluding Sundays and Holidays complete in following locations as per terms and conditions and inventory of staff and duty time attached. Total staff required as per inventory attached (a) Skilled (Wireman)-1 No. (General shift) (b) Unskilled (Khallasi)-1 No. (General shift)

Operation, Running and maintenance of Wet riser, sprinkler, fire alarm, P.A system and filtered/unfiltered/ sewage pumps installed in following locations on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays complete as per terms and conditions and and inventory of staff and duty time attached. Total staff required as per inventory attached is (a) Skilled Operator -3 Nos. (6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM -10 PM and 10 PM to 6 AM) (b) Khallasi -1 No (In General Shift)

Operation & routine maintenance of HT substation having Transformer of various capacity as mentioned in inventory attached including HT panel, LT panel, Capacitor panel and stand by D.G set of various capacity as mentioned in inventory attached including AMF panel round the clock on all days of the month i/c Sundays & Holidays in following locations. The jobs includes recording of all parameters like HT & LT voltages, current, power factor etc. and routine periodical checking and testing as per terms and conditions and inventory of staff and duty time attached . Total staff required as per inventory attached (a) Electrician - 3 Nos. (6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM -10 PM and 10 PM to 6 AM) (b) Khallasi - 1 No. (In General Shift)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. a) Group C

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required. a) Group C

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.a) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

b) 3 x 4 sq. mm

c) 3 x 6 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. a) 5/6 amps switch

b) 15/16 A switch
