Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: (HSR 30.25.1) Old work (one or more coats)

French spirit polishing : (HSR 30.32.1) One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (HSR 30.28.1) One or more coats on old work

12 mm cement plaster of mix :(HSR 11.5.3) 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: (HSR 30.37.1) Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class teak wood. (HSR 12.10.1.1) (35 mm thick) (Material rate)

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws: 30 mm thick shutters. (HSR 12.19.2.1.2) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood (Material rate)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (HSR 12.36.2) 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. (Material rate)

25 mm thick (for cupboard) including ISI marked nickloe plated bright finished MS Piano hinges IS : 3818 marked with necessary screws. (HSR 12.36.3) (Material rate)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (HSR 30.54.1) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 1 Okg/sqm)(30.54.1)
