Dismantling of existing Plain Cement Concrete including all labour and materials charges etc., complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One Cement, Five Sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for PVC Open light point / Fan point (For Electronic regulator). Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with Electronic ballast and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting SD 87

Supply and fixing of Havells/Philips / Crompton Fusion - II - Metallic Matt 1200 MM (48") AC ceiling fan complete with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp. [Data-M] SD 107
