| 1Consultancy services / Health assessment / Structure Audit as details below : Scope of work :- i. Documentation of detailed information of existing structure (Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, Babar Road). ii. As built drawings and framing plan required for modeling and STAAD analysis iii. Visual inspection of the site iv. NDT -Non-Destructive Tests (as required as per as built drawings and visual inspection) NDT Test details: a). Rebound Hammer Test b). UPV Test c). Rebar Scanning Test d). Half Cell Potential Test e). Carbonation test V. The residual life of the building should be mentioned in the final report. Vi. The agency will suggest Nature and type of repairs/rectifications work suggested along with methodology, sequence and extent of repairs/ retrofitting. Vii. The agency will submit detail suggestion / measure to be carried out for the repair / rectification/ retrofitting work to be executed to increase the life span of the structures in approximately number of years. Viii. Documentation and compilation of NDT data in required formats ix. SAD -Software Analysis & Design of existing building i.e. Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, Babar Road x. Result comparison of existing building data with the SAD details xi. Structure Audit Report. xii. Preparation of BOQ With all the suggestive measure i.e retrofitting of the building if required, repair/rectification work required to increase the life span of the building and will suggest Nature and type of repairs/rectifications work along with methodology, sequence and extent of repairs/ retrofitting | |||||
| 2Special Condition:- 1. Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, Babar Road constructed in the year 1986. 2. Block-1 = G+1 (Ground floor + firstFloors+Hall lower Ground) 3. Block-2 = G-2 (Lower Ground floor + 2 Floors) 4. Total Area= (Block-1)+(Block-2)= 2335.04 Sqm. (Approx) The defects of the buildings as per visual inspection are as under:- (a) Damaged structure members like slab/ chhajjas/ corridor. (b) The cover of slabs is falling and steel bar of the slab are in deteriorated condition. (c) Extra steel members have been given for support of the structure/chhajja. (d) Tilted chhajja / corridor of toe wall in first and second floor of the building and looking very weak. (e) Some seepage has been observed in the building due to which plaster / C.C. are peeling off. (f) A lot of repairing work have been done till date. • The report shall be concluded with final suggestion / conclusion mentioning the best option for the building keeping in view the economical aspects. • The final report shall be vetted by IIT/NIT. The structural consultant will issue a completion certificate as under- Completion certificate: - It is certified that the work has been successfully completed as per the BOQ and work has been executed under the supervision of Structural Engineer. MODE OF PAYMENT :- Payment will be made as per the conditions laid down in NIT / agreement. | |||||
