Note : - Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded aggregated as in back filling of pressed steel door frame/chowkhat and bed block for fixing of hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutter 35mm thick made out of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel (two panels) inserts of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter 35mm thick made out of 2nd class hard wood open rebated and prepared to receive gauge etc, but divided into squares, with plain chamfered or rounded, metered and riveted sash bars any numbers, the size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing Solid FRP Door Frame of size 90mm x 45 mm single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter moulded with fire retardent grade and saturated polyster resin and choped mat door framed shall be 2 mm thick and fill with suitable block in all the three legs the frame shall be covered with fiber glass all side MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Drawing and pattern of FRP Door frame shall be as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing factory made made solid panel FRP door shutter shall be 30mm thick (style) glass fibre reinforced plastic panel door shutter of requred colour with fire retardent grade and saturated polyster resin moulded to 3 mm thick FRP liminated for forming hollow rails and style with wodden frame and suitable block of seasoned wood inside at reqd places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP panel and conforming to IS 14856:2000. suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification shown on drawings. Note: Drawing and pattern of FRP Door shutter shall be as approved by GE.

Dismantling of boarding any description fixed in any position with nails/screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 18mm thickness dark colour of minimum size equal to width of slab (not less than 610mm) machine cut, granite work duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform and like in 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 20 to 25 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x450mm) as in flooring, laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 20 to 25mm thick, Kota stone slab (in one piece as per step/riser) as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area outside of MOD land from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces (not exceeding 45cm depth of sunken) specified as under and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust particals, dirt etc. (b) Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) using coarse sand including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls. (d) Apply frist coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface. (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2x2 mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs of above coating. (g) Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more then 1.5mm (h) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitery pipe with non shrink cementatious grout Note: (i) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considerd for payment.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and prepare the surface to casting/jointing new including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area outside of MOD land from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Supply and fixing in replacement energy efficient LED street light fitting of 35W pressure die cast aluminium housing/body, heat resistant clear toughened glass, better optics for uniform distribution street/Roadway luminaire, with driver, including electric connection, fixing the light fitting with new bracket made out of GI tubing light grade 32mm dia, 1.2 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron size 40x3 mm with suitable nuts and bolts for fixing of bracket including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, including taking down old Unserviceable light fitting with old bracket any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement, the DBs shall be same make as MCBs, DB shall be provided with level marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on always as specified. The DBs shall be of IP-42 protection class, including taking down unserviceable old DB any type including MCB etc and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- MCB’s shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Material and labour for concealed sub main wiring (Two run for main i.e. phase and netural and one run for continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc., using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) with 10 Sqmm single core, FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit 25mm dia (medium quality ISI marked), on independent circuit from DB including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal/junction box, tee, bend etc. and including cutting of chases in wall, taking out old sub main wiring of any conductor any size from conduit and taking down old unserviceable conduit with fittings, and making good disturbed surfaces of walls as per original complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 10 sqmm copper wire and one run conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to DB all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protection by GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade and watering pipe shall be 20 mm GI Pipe Med grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC chamber Pit with RCC Cover Slab, Charcoal, Salt, Funnel etc including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/walls or laid in trenches, under road for cable protection including fittings (elbow, tee, socket etc) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork and MS clamp as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Boring hole/Excavation by trenchless technology for boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding using trenchless boring machine or by means of manual manpower suitable for inserting GI pipe including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.
