Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces (not exceeding 45cm depth of sunken) specified as under and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust particals, dirt etc. (b) Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) using coarse sand including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls. (d) Apply frist coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface. (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2x2 mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs of above coating. (g) Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more then 1.5mm (h) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitery pipe with non shrink cementatious grout Note: (i) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considerd for payment.

NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.
