Attending the break down complaints/Priliminary inspection /inspection of EA sets including checking, rectifying the minor faults, testing the EA set on exchange load etc.,complete as required. if any faults so giving the complete estimation etc as required.

General servicing of following capacity EA sets including draining out the existing oil, filling new lubricating oil, replacing the filter kits, adjusting the belt tensions, cleaning the EA set and testing on exchange load as requred a)10/15/12.5 KVA

Replacement of the following components(when found faulty) i/c removing the existing one and testing after replacement as required. a)Nomal duty fuel flexible pipe of length approx.30/36 Inches

b)V-Belts Heavy duty

c)DIESEL TANK HOSE WITH HOSE CLIPS

d)MCCB DG 125 L&T MAKE

e)Coolant

f)Door Hinges

g)Air filter elements (Both Inner and Outer including Sealing ring) i)Upto 63 KVA

h)Turbo Oil drain Hose

i)Set of Hoses (Water Line)

j)Oil filling cap assemgly

k)Replacing of Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) Suitable up to 63 KVA Alternator and necessary wiring connections i/c testing on load etc., as required.

l)Supplying and fixing of Battery Copper cable for connecting Battery and self starting Motor one end Lug soldering other end Terminal soldering of 1mtr length etc as required.

m)Control wiring with necessary switch gears/ gnition switch assly/ Toggleswitch/Push botton Repairing of control panel to work in Manual mode operation etc as required.

n)Providing 63/40 AMPS Rotory Type Change Over switch

o)Supplying and fixing of 12 volts 10 Amps SMPS Based Battery chargers

p)Laying of THAR sheet on CANOPY Top to arrest Rain Water entry

a)Removing of faulty fuel Injection Pump from Engine, by removing all All Fuel connections , all bolts and nuts. Shifting of fuel iniection Pum the nearest authoised Mico/Bosch Workshop for calibration.Calibration of Fuel injecton pump by replacemernt of necessorySuch as Delivery valves, elements, rollers springs,bearings packing kit, 'o' ring kit etc as required. Calitbration fuel iniection Pump on test bench by very skilled manpower takingthe readings (Discharge quantity and pressure) on testing machine etc as required and vice-versa.

b)Repaiing of jamed fuel injection pump at site by the very skilled man poer, cleaning the pump checking the functioning of the governor, testing of the dg etc as required

Providing and Repairing of self starter of EA set upto 63 KVA i/ c transportation to workshop , reinstallation , testing and commissioning as required

Providing Servicing of radiator of EA set up to 40 KVA, including cleaning, arresting the minor leakages, i/c brazing the cracks, etc. complete as required

De-coupling of alternator from engine by removing of coupling bolts leg bolts out going cables, both earthings etc and bring the alternator from ea room /Canopy to out side and loading the alternator in to the vehicle after rewinding the alternator , refixing the same in the above manner etc complete as required.

Transportation , unloading of the alternator at the nearest workshop after repair return back to the site, loading at workshop and unloading at the site etc as required.

Providing rewinding of the burnt alternator by removing of burnt stator core with heat treatment process or by hydraulic press at workshop and removing of burnt stator winding/ rotor winding cleaning of the core with petrol and providing new insulated paer rewindiong the core with H class insulated copper wire of similar gauge of copper along with similar class of insulation , applying warnishing drying the core by keeping oven by maintenance required temperature, refixing the core in aluminium shield by heat treatment proces or by Hydraulic press refixing the rotor in stator etc and load test on exchange load after installation at site etc complete as required(After deduction of salvage value of old copper) a)10/15KVA

Supplying and fixing of RR assembly to the existing rotor including testng making good etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of DE and NDE Bearings

Decoupled alternator from Engine removing of alternator from Canopy , Dismantling of alternator ie removing of rotor from stator cleaning of all windings applying warnish , reassembling of alternator , re-coupling of alternator wth engine testing etc as required

Removing of Turbo charger from engine ,transportation to the workshop for repairing and vice-versa.Turbo Charger Repairing with repair kit
