Repair and Rehabilitation of Diaton Bridge over Tanjore Nallah on the road Titilagarh-Sindhekela Road at Ch.12/285 Km. in the district of Balangir under State Plan for the year 2026-27

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering at all heights of trough and road slab of aqueduct bridges, deck slab and soffit slabs using required nos of pylons for vertical supports of scaffolding centering and shuttering with joists,N.G. rails and Channels and shuttering plates including welding and bolting, cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials and cost of scaffolding gangway etc. including cost of conveyance of dismantling and deposing debris clear of work site complete to receive reinforcement grills and concrete as per requirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of Iron packing box with ISND channel & 25mm iron plates of required size etc including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge Rectification of bearing complete as Technical specification.

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) 50mm average thickness

(ii) 75mm average thickness

R.C.C. work of M-30 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying as per approved drawing and technical specification.

Replacement of existing damaged expansion joints by providing and laying of Strip Seal Expansion Joint System, including removal of existing damaged expansion joints by dismantling of deck slab, wearing coat etc. and back filling of the recess up to final finish level with conc of grade M-30, complete as per approved drawing(s), M.O.R.T&H, technical specifications section 2607.

Replacement of old Drainage Spouts with new including dismentling and widening the existing opening and fixing new drainage Spout with M.S. Grating System.

Lifting of span by Jacks, replacement of Fixed Rocker end Bearings with Elastomeric Bearing (Dowel pin type) including all material, labour, Machinery, T&P and making all arrangements like scaffolding etc.as per MORT&H specification.& conforming to IRC: 83 (part - II) Section - IX.

Repair of honey combed, cracked and spalled concrete on T beam girder, crossed beam, deck slab damaged wearing coat etc.using fast setting modified one component high strength Micro Concrete approved by Engineer-in-Charge, including opening of cracks, removal of loose materials,cleaning of surface applying acrylic priming coat and preparing the same of repair including the cost of material, labour, machinery and T & P and making all necessary arrangements for work.

Providing and applying Epoxy Mortar over girder, beams etc. including rubbing / brushing up of spoiled surface, complete as per Technical Specification.
