Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or laterite stone masonry built in cement mortar including precast concrete articles.

Material and labour for laterite stone walling of squared rubble, regular coursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate considered is for laterite stone only as per section 6 stone masonry para 6.2.4 of SSR 2020 (Part-II)

Material and labour for laterite stone walling of squared rubble, regular coursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 by using serviceable stone obtained from serial item No 4 here- in- before ie except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of squared rubble masonry regular coursed, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces other than fair face, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of colour wash all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, pillars and posts, etc including caps and bases complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass-concrete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS work as in fencing posts angle iron/Tee section, drilled and countersunk for balusters’ running bars, including embedding in concrete and securing etc, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets, (for securing wire mesh etc,) bolting or riveting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing wire mesh complete

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing of 10 gauge wire with pvc coating of 80x 80mm mesh size all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix galvanised stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls etc.confomiing to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS screwed bolt (machine made) hexagonal/square headset one end and screwed the others, for screwed or both ends, each screwed and ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal/square nut, not exceeding 10 cm long all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded aggregate in copings, bed plates and kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape including cranking, bending spirally for stiffening of the fencing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing erviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( type D2) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate laid compacted and prepared to receive floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block (Non skid type) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for laying of pipes, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Precast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregates cover slabs of drain, manholes,or other similar work, etc and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete aall as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick or stone surface , finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered or concrete wall surface and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 250, 300 and 600 mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cemnet mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 250mm dia concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed as in weep holes, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 300mm dia concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed as in weep holes, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape including cranking, bending, hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia (annealed) etc all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing drain of by removing muddy soil at any depth to original level by using serviceable drain and spread upto 2m complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated surplus spoil not exceding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
