Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in deep for laying pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling inincluding spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) or under the over head tank/ road cutting etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down steel tubing connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories for re use of serviceable pipes and removing the U/S pipes from site to safe custody of 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Note: RCC cover slab rate are inclusive in the quoted rates.

Maintenance and repair to water supply services of leakage blockage for GI pipe line of 15mm to 50mm dia including dewatering and necessary excavation returning / filling or cutting, chasing and making of disturbed surfaces as per existing surface and replacing worn out GI pipe max upto 2 mtrs long including cutting threading and replacement of requisite fittings such as socket, union, tees, long screwes nipple, hexa nipple , reducer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old burnt winding of centrifugal motor 5 to 10 HP and rewinding with super enamalled copper winding wire of suitable size and existing gauge incl insulation materials such as insulating paper sleeves, varnishing and drying with blower incl transportation of motors from installed locations site to workshop and back, refixing at site and reconnecting all electric connection and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair DOL starter for 5 HP ,3 Phase ,415 Volts booster pump with all connection complete including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair DOL starter for 10 HP ,3 Phase ,415 Volts booster pump with all connection complete including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of ball bearing, of the induction motor, as per existing/ suitable size complete. Note: a) The rate of dismantling and refixing of motor from pump with complete accessories are quoted in the same item. b) The alignment of shaft should be checked during installation of motor with pump in all respect. The contractor will bear the cost of repair in case of failure of motor occurs due to misalignment and no extra payment will be paid to contractor.

S&F in replacement Foot valve with flanged ends with nut-bolts and rubber gasket suitable for pipe of size 50 mm including taking out the unserviceable foot valve from the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the solar water heating system of 1000 ltrs capacity completely by replacing worn out/deteriorated accessories of solar water heater including reassembling, necessary connection and installing/ testing complete all as specified and directed. Note- Accessories will be measured & paid separately as supply only under relavant items of BOQ.

M&L for making a Header of MS ERW pipeline 300mm dia 06 RM long having existing incoming of upto 80mm dia with suitable gate valves and water meters and 05 outgoing (01Nos x 80mm, 03 Nos x 50mm, 01 Nos x 40mm & 01 Nos x 25mm dia GI pipe) alongwith gate valve of suitable size (01Nos x 80mm, 05 Nos x 50mm, 01Nos x 40mm & 02 Nos x 25mm dia) at their inlet and outlet including welding of flange/cutting of pipe etc to its connected items including making PCC foundation type B2 1:2:4 of suitable size for giving support to header complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Extra length of Pipeline and gate valves other than existing used in making connections shall be measured and paid separately. (b) MS pipe, flange fitting and PCC foundation rate are deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required having 1.6 mm thickness of sheet against worn out MS sheet etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently with welding, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe-410W(GdeE-250) qualityB against worn out channel, angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out unserviceable submersible pump 40 HP from borewell including column pipes, (upto 120 mtr depth) submersible cable and accessories etc and re-lowering of pump after necessary repair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 40/45 HP submersible motor with suitable gauge copper wire with varnishing, insulation material and commissioning the same along with testing including dismentaling and transporting to workshop from the pump house complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 12.5 HP induction motor with suitable gauge copper wire with varnishing , insulation material and commissioning the same along with testing including dismentaling and transporting to workshop from the pump house and the same shall be re installed/alignment at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out unserviceable open well submersible pump 15 HP from Shallow well including column pipes, (upto 20 mtr depth) submersible cable, steel rope and accessories etc and re-lowering of pump after necessary repair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of 15 HP open well submersible motor with suitable gauge copper wire with varnishing , insulation material and commissioning the same along with testing including dismentaling and transporting to workshop from the pump house and the same shall be re-installed at site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of GI pipes medium grade 80 mm bore of length 3 Mtrs (into Parwanoo shallow well) with flanged ends (welded) at both ends, and fixing with the existing pipe and open well submersible pump set with Nuts, Bolts, Washers and gaskets of suitable size complete as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of Kirloskar 90 Kw/120 HP 3 Phase induction Motor of speed 2960 RPM with Suitable gauge copper wire (as per existing size of copper wire) with varnishing, insulation material including taking out from the mehtab majra pump house to the workshop and refixing and testing after rewinding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of servicing of Kirloskar 90 Kw/120 HP 3 Phase induction Motor of speed 2960 RPM including cleaning , greasing complete incl nut bolts washer etc and making alignment with the existing pump and foudation of motor with cutting /adding of foundaion with gas cutter/welding as per site condition complete all as specified and directed. Note : following spare parts will be paid separately under respective items of BOQ
