Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following classification of soils as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Filling with clean river sand complying with standard specification including watering ramming and consolidation etc., complete and as directed by TWAD BOARD Officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits I including necessary supports' and shuttering to the required height for RCC items using MS sheets of suitable size of BG.10 stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x3mm of boarding

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Refilling the foundation with excavated Soil (other than sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick, watering, well ramming, consolidating, complying with standard specification and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sane! and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges,

Providing and fixing of MS leader including cost of charges, mixing concrete cu

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110 mm PVC pipes and cowl and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Providing PVC mould CI Steps for Sump service reservoir etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60 x 0.60m water tight CI manhole frame and cove of approved pattern at the roof slab and as directed. The manhole frame and cover should be of light duty and confirming to IS: 1726-1974
