Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core including taking down old XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 2 core including taking down old XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 core including taking down old XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep for laying of cables and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L filling dry and clean fine sand in trenches for cable 8 cm deep below and 15 cm above for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed pinned down to 18 cms thick (pinned down thickness shall be measured for payment).

Old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above except bricks (Old bricks shall be reused)

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in trenches complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 50 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed. (Including taking down existing pipe)

M&L in replacement MCB SP 6 TO 32 Amps, 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement MCB SPN 32 Amps, 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for in replacement MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, with adjustable thermal adjustable magnetic release, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for in replacement MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole, with adjustable thermal adjustable magnetic release, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LT Bus bar panel out door type made out of MS sheet CRCA of sheet 3.0 mm thick .90x.60x.45 Mtr size with aluminium busbar 4 No's 400 Amp long suitable for 440 volts and mounted on LT protection insulator, Front opening door two leaf braced with contineous hinges mounted on 4 Nos angle iron of 50x50x6 mm,60 cm long duly included with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30x30x15 cm in concrete 1:2:4 type BI and top of box MS sheet duly in step types with protection of 20mm on all sides weather/vermen proof with high quality rubber bedding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom including earthing terminals 2 Nos at both sides, cable gland connecting to bus bar and painted with red stove enameled powder coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sheet metal DB for MCBs, SPN, 8 ways, double door,singal phase, IP-43 company painted with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral bar/ connectors, each bar/ connectors, prewired complete with suitable copper conductor wire, PVC insulated, FRLS type with suitable copper thimbles, lugs etc including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for earthing complete with & including galvanized MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with lop edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire soldered and riveted or connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts , check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part- I (2009) and connected to panel board, all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth wire 4 mm dia duly protected with and including 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5 (maximum) metre from electrode to earth point including provn of the earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate and GI light grade watering pipe of 20mm bore with funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth chamber, 50 mm thick precast RCC cover using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work and MS frame using MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm complete all as specified and directed.
