M/o Different Horticulture Works under Hort. Sub Division- East-III, Hort. Divn-East(M-214), PWD, Delhi during 2025-26

Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60 cm. including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of unserviceable materials by spreading and neatly leveling with in a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding Trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth sludge or manure).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 05 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately)

Fine dressing of the ground. (Grassing area)

Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing and planting of following Shrub plants complete with all lead and lift as per direction of site in charge. Providing and stacking of Rhapis Palm having ht. 45 cm to 60 cm with 5 to 7 suckers, well developed, full of fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Travellers palm well developed with fresh & healthy foliage 120 cm to 150 cm ht. plant in 35 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Plumeria rubara height 120-150 cm., 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Stacking of Tulsi of ht. 30 cm with multi branches in Poly bag of size 20 cm. as per direction of the officer in charge.

Providing and Stacking of Alovera well developed with 4 and above suckers in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and planting of following Ground Cover plants complete with all lead and lift as per direction of site in charge. Sansevieria variegated having 30 to 45 cm ht. with fresh & healthy foliage 8 and more leaves well developed in 20 cm to 25 cm Plastic pot.

Providing and stacking Chlorophytum-variegated, full of leafy suckers in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking Alternanthera species of height 15 cm to 20 cm, full of branches and foliage in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Bignonia venusta (Golden shower) of height 30 cm to 45 cm. in 20 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking Tradescantia, full of leaves in Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot of size 15 cm and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserviceable material's as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water). Shrubs Plants

Providing & fixing White River (Stone) Pebbles size of 2" to 2.5" dia (5 cm to 6.25 cm), in natural colour at site of work including loading, unloading, carriage etc. and as per direction of officer-in-charge.
