Two or more coats on new work Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x7mm (or) 350X450X6 to 7 mm thick set and joint in neat cement slury and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light ,fan, light fittings,socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed in wall, ceiling with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit wiring) with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal modular box powder coated of suitable size for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified. Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks old size as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying across the cable copmlete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable garden lights complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
